Submit this form after product is ordered. Changes can ONLY be made to Skin tone, hair color/style, eye color/style, and flag design on cape. Country and Pride flags are the only style of flag allowed with NO EXCEPTIONS. Any request that I am unwilling to do (any "pride flags" for pedophiles or the likes of) will be denied and refunded.
